Returns Policy
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Every piece of furniture I sell is carefully renovated, inspected and honestly described before it leaves me.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't as described, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll work with you to put things right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund. Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. [legislation.gov.uk], [uklawreference.com]
For furniture purchased online, you may also have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you decide not to keep your item, simply contact us within this period and we will explain the return process. [legislation.gov.uk], [businessco...anion.info]
Please note that bespoke, personalised or commissioned pieces made specifically for you are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. However, these items are still covered by your statutory rights if they are faulty or not as described. [legaldocuments.co.uk], [legislation.gov.uk]
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
